me, I've progressed to

Checking item dir...
No files appear to have been FTP uploaded.
Did you FTP upload to subdirectory "eh2010-02-26.nemaud.flac" on server "items-uploads.archive.org"?
Please upload files there and revisit this page to proceed.

Did you put them in the folder provided for you, or just in the folder you went to when you uploaded? Make sure you change into the "eh2010-02-26.nemaud.flac" folder, then drop your files there. Also make sure you're connecting to the items-uploads.archive.org instead of another LMA server you might have in your cache/preferences...

its working like a charm for me...I tried the new uploader to upload one show for 72 hrs and it kept timing/erroring out...I switched back to the FTP and i have uploaded 3 shows within the last 24 hours....Thanks for the help greenone ... i would be very very annoyed if things kept going the way they were going!!! Thanks!
